FIELD DAY
Dear
Parents/Guardians:
Field Day is rapidly approaching!
It’s scheduled for FRIDAY, May 16,
2014. Each grade level will have an opportunity to
participate in a variety of activities. Here is the breakdown of when each
grade level will participate:
PPCD/PRE-K, K, 1, 2 (8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.)
3, 4, and 5 (12:00
noon to 2:30pm)
There
will be several opportunities to volunteer your time to help with Field Day.
Please be watching for those opportunities.
We
are having special lunch again this year! Lunch
will NOT be eaten in the cafeteria or at students’ usual time. For this
special occasion, it will be a SACK
LUNCH. Therefore, sack lunches must be ordered for those students who
typically buy lunch in the cafeteria. VERY
IMPORTANT: Sack lunches must be ordered at two weeks before field day.
Please fill out the following form and send it back to your student’s teacher.
