Positive Reinforcement

Small group recognition- students earn points for their table for being on task, modeling excellent behavior, etc. The table with the most points at the end of the week will receive an incentive.

Individual recognition-Children receive Stallion Star cards from me and other staff members or guests at our school as recognition for great behavior. Students write their name on the back of the star cards and turn them in each day. I will draw a star card each day. Students will receive a reward when their name is drawn.

Class Incentives- we will collect star cards as a class. We will set goals for the number of star cards we want to receive. Once we reach our goal we will have a class reward (pajama day, game day, etc.)
